If you'd like to lend a hand, please click on the button below to register. After submitting your information, our Volunteer Coordinator (Gerard Mott) will be in touch with additional information. All volunteers receive race bag, event shirt and refreshments.

Examples of Volunteer Duties include:
Pre-Race Day Setup
  • Friday, 5/22, starting at 12pm
  • Set up transition area
  • Put up tents
  • Install barrier fencing
  • Install all signage
  • Any additional tasks
Registration
Coordinator - Kate Catchmark
  • Coordinate the distribution of all race materials
  • Mark the bodies of all competitors with race #s
  • Be able to answer questions from competitors as you will be their 1st contact
  • Assist changeover from registration to hospitality tent
  • Assist coordinator with any additional tasks
Parking
Coordinator - Matt DiCintio
  • Organize all parking areas and direct traffic
  • Direct volunteers and vendors to their designated parking area
  • Assist coordinator with any additional tasks
Swim
Coordinator - Eric Kaag
  • Provide water support in a kayak or canoe.
  • Assist swimmers if they need help
  • Assemble competitor waves in corral
  • Count competitors going in and coming out
  • Man water station
  • Assist coordinator with any additional tasks
  • Breakdown and clean up all race structures once swim is complete
Bike
Coordinator - Christian Mongrain
  • Stand at intersection with fire police and direct competitors
  • Ensure intersections are clear of debris
  • Assist coordinator with any additional tasks
Run
Coordinator - Matt DiCintio
  • Direct competitors
  • Man water station at turnaround point
  • Assist fire police with traffic control
  • Assist coordinator with any additional tasks
Transition Area
Coordinator - Kelley Means
  • Police transition area and ensure competitors are organized
  • Keep all non-competitors out of transition area
  • Ensure competitors obey all rules of the transition area (i.e. walking bikes in & out
